the culture of art work is already crowded and advanced in
Indonesia, this can be proved by the increasing number of things that carry the
theme of art work, from various social media also can be found many forums that
facilitate artists art work itself both local and international, I used to know
art work only limited to cover art album of a band & maybe at that time not
many that I encounter figure of artist specially pursue field, in my writing
this time I will discuss also do a little interview to one of my friend named
Hariez (FaceBook : harris zulian, Instagram : harriszullian), he has a hobby of drawing art work designs about
anything especially related to a metal scene. I will try to ask about what is
art work, maybe also about other things that I think is very movement &
also mandatory for me review in my simple blog, I include a short video when
drawing live & also some images that according to I am very cool to be
published, please follow my following question
1. since when to know the world of art work & can be
told your first work
I know the world of art work in 2012, my first work used
by black metal band from kudus city that is BERZIER & also from jakarta city that
is IMMENSE
2. now many art worker that appears & has its own
characteristics, you define your work in what specifications ?
today many artwork artists are emerging from this
country, they have character in drawing as well as me, every character from art
worker can be recognized from scratch & technique they make. I do not have
any special specifications in drawing, all grooving.
3. do you also join in a community / forum that contains
the world of art work
I have never joined any community or art work forums,
although nowadays in social media many offer offer solicitation to join in a
special forum covering art worker, I market my work in my own way & mostly
from friend to friend
4. I see some of your work being used by many bands from
domestic and abroad, as well as local merchandise shops
for band metal from indonesia have many who use my
service, including band Infected Voice, Immortal Rites, Blasphemer, Diabolical,
Misantropic Imperium & some local band which I think they are legend that
is Ritual Orchestra, DRY & Rajam, for band from overseas there are some
Satanic Goat Rituals (Texas California), VoidNaga (Malaysia), Funeral Pyre (Malaysia)
and some others. for metal merchandise shops from domestic also many who use my
service for the manufacture of logo and picture in the form of art work
5. in the city where we live there are some art worker
besides you, do you have any idea to make a local event showcasing the work of
art worker from our city ?
the idea to make the event is still there, maybe some
kind of art exhibition that showcases the work of local art worker kds city,
but do not know when can arrive
6. activities other than drawing ?
besides drawing I also work in a company, currently I am
also still active in several black metal bands
7. tell me a bit about your band
I currently participate in three bands that all play the
black metal genre, namely Vollmond, Nashr & Satan Venerator, now I'm also
in preparation for releasing an album with my band Nashr & just wait for
the launch event
8. why do you like the black metal genre than any other
genre in sub metal ?
in terms of philosophy that is interesting to
understand, the lyrics are gripping & cruel without the usual stale,
combined with a corpse paint that haunted when on stage
9. if there is an exhibition event for art workers from all
over the world do you want to
participate ?
maybe I will try to follow it if there is an invitation
coming in, my friends have a discourse to make some kind of art exhibition of
national class, but until now not done
10. who is your idol in the art work world
riddick art, christopher & sickness 666, they are my
influence because I think the power of their imagination is incredible,
sometimes I mix with some of my work until born character from my own image
11. what is the price for each work you make
depending on the level of difficulty of the buyer, there
is no benchmark value of money, in this world depends on the level of
difficulty & from the beginning the most important is communication
12. art world is about ideas, have you ever felt run out of
ideas? & can be shared tips to bring back the idea
sometimes I also blank about the idea, although from the
buyer has given an option about what I should draw. I believe that smoking
cigarettes, drinking a cup of coffee & being alone in a quiet place can
revive the lost ideas
13. do you have ideas for developments in the world of art
worker in this country Indonesia ?
if the idea for the art worker I think is not there, let
all the grooves because the art world has a very wide coverage
14. message for art worker activists everywhere ?
do not ever stop working, always the spirit to create
great works from your hands, the art world without plagiarism & copy paste.
not felt from just a short chat to be very long &
very impossible for me type all in this content, my task is limited to
proclaiming creative activities & movement from friends in my city in
particular also friends from all countries indonesia in general, with the
