be proud of, I called him with Wowox, he is one of the music activists with
Black Metal genre that has a base mass kudus city. He is also one of the event
activists who specialize to make undergroud music events with Black Metal genre

BERZIER or about the development of underground music in kudus city
Hello bro, can tell a little when BERZIER
stand up & to be more specific you put in what
genre ?
genre ?
BERZIER stood in 2002 in kudus city, a holy
city full of mystical darkness, BERZIER itself we take as band name because in
ancient roman mean sacred heritage, BERZIER own formation have many changes
until now we only 3 people remaining Namely Alan (bass), Beny (drums) & I
(guitar/vocal). We take a lot of themes about war, sorrow, darkness and
revenge, for our own genre only termed as Black Metal without the other frills.
A few years ago BERZIER had released a full length
titled "Battle Warriors", can you tell me a bit about the full
length ?
About the album I think is a work that we make with a
very long span, starting from 2002 & just finished in 2010, we worked on
the album on the sidelines of the busyness of personnel, the matter of our
material also do not want to rush & All of which we summarized in a
physical album we named "Battle Warriors"
Who is the biggest influence that influences the
musicality of BERZIER ?
Which affects our musicality very much, from abroad I
personally often listen to Marduk (swedish), Immortal (Norwegian) & Impiety
(singapore), for from within the country there are some bands that I made the
influence of Rajam, DRY, Ritual Orchestra, Bestial until the pure Black Metal
From some songs that BERZIER have me interested in
one of the songs titled "dalam genggaman badai", what exactly do you
want to convey through the song ?
The song is inspired by nature that is so beautiful
& great with all its power, nature is certainly created by the creator, but
what happens when nature & storm wrath ?, everything can happen especially
the destruction that comes early
What do you think about the many rituals that are
often performed on stage by Black Metal bands in Indonesia
About the ritual ?, in my personal opinion it may be
just that the band looks different & more extreme, but all back to the band
respectively. I also do not know whether the ritual on the stage there is a
certain purpose or just a sensation only, I personally less so respect with
these things, because for me a ritual has its own procedures & should be
done the right way. Sometimes on the stage there are some Black Metal bands who
perform a ritual with the media of an animal which is then slaughtered on the
stage, according to me personally it is a torture or can also be said to
slaughter against animals. I have never seen any Black Metal bands from abroad
doing that on stage, but all back to their respective bands & their purpose
for what
What about the fate of the local event "Ketupat
Bocor" that you often make, whether 2017 will be held or vacuum like last
year ?
For 2017 the event is still dark hhahahahaa.....

underground music fans especially Black Metal
For all the friends who are on the Black Metal path
let us support each other, keep the spirit because Black Metal is a very
expensive & heavy ideology, HAIL!
