Some days I am tempted to continue listen songs from a
band that can be said to be new but in my opinion very qualified, the music
& tone that flow very gently feels good for me listen when resting after
work, may also be accompanied by a glass of tea & Some snacks of course.
I myself a few months ago never show this band to perform
in a musical event & when the band is still covering the songs from the
same kind of band that had already established in the realm of Indonesian
music, now they are busy to work on the material they think will be made

Hello good news & thanks for displaying
CandraBhakti to be written in this lively blogspot, CandraBhakti itself is
actually an unintentional project, in february 2015 I want to recording for 1
song, since I'm not too fluent in playing guitar then finally I invite a
Bhakti's friend to fill the guitar, while in the mixing process I was asked by
the studio operator "what is the name of the band?", I am confused
because it has not prepared a name for this band, I finally said that this band
named CandraBhakti that I took from my name Candra & the name of my
guitarist Bhakti, intentionally the name of the band I join let no duo
impression, at this time I was much assisted by friends in a unity with the
form of an actual band.
By definition what is your genre ?
We prefer to be called indie pop, because I feel
more universal, the music is pop & the lyrics are also pop, the way I sing
is also very pop, but we always try to bring the impression of indie culture.
There are also many audiences who call our genre folks, for it is legitimate
that the right of our music lovers to label our music is what their ears are
like.
Do you also follow the development of folks music
that this end bloom circulated in our country & how do you opinion about
this folks attack phenomenon ?
Yes I am following for the development of folks in
indonesia, although limited also the reference that i get, i see the development
of folks also from media which circulate in internet or also from social media,
now folks indonesian have very developed with many sub genre as well as music
genre Other, it is very good because as a listener we are given a lot of treats
especially folks to be heard & very not boring.
I am very interested in the song titled
"Keluh" & "Jingga DiBatas Kota", what ideas do you
think to get the song out ?
All must have known that the easiest thing to tell
is about love, as well as our 2 songs is also about love, song
"Keluh" itself talk about the longing, we connotate like a long
drought that miss rain & "Jingga DiBatas Kota" song tells about
someone Left by the beloved or it could be the outpouring of a child left by
his parents, but all return with the perception of the hearers, free to
interpret our song.
Whether Candrabhakti there is a discourse to
release physical EP / album
Now we have recording 3 songs & that we spend
only 2 songs, for another song later you can buy a very special physical CD
from us, hopefully after 'Lebaran'
(#Eid) we can to immediately launching EP from us, plan from us like
that. Hopefully not resign from the plan.
Which bands influence the musicality of
CandraBhakti ?
I really like the musicality of SORE, Mr.Sonjaya,
Mustache & Beard, Payung Teduh, Louis Armstrong, Radiohead and many more
that I can not mention because it's too much, but for us like that typical
music CandraBhakti offer, very original From our band.
The last question, is there a message for the
musicians from our city ?
Do your work with the maximum according to you,
mutual support one with another, do not hesitate & embarrassed to make the
work, because whatever it is the work is a proof & whatever the ears of
listeners who will judge. Be your own character.
